Episode 41 - Copyright Infringement in Sports

In this episode, I discuss how primary copyright infringement could potentially exist in sports.  I use the example of Nike using a photo of Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and photoshopping it for promotional purposes as part of a March Madness campaign.
