A Very Hearty THANK YOU!

Hey LABO Nation,

The past 24+ hours have been absolutely unreal!  In case you don't follow the LABO Facebook or Twitter accounts, the online law student journal "The Student Appeal" was kind enough to reach out to me to talk about my success with LABO since the site launched in 2011.  It's a very candid and honest Q&A, talking from beginning to end the LABO concept and what to expect in the future.  You can read the article by clicking here.  I have to extend a special thank you to Kristopher Leon for interviewing me and to TSA Founder Sarah Eli Mattern for overseeing the whole editing process.

While I expected some support, I didn't expect such a huge outpouring of support!   Check out these tweets of support after the article published yesterday!

Aside from these tweets, I've gotten many emails from law school professors and Facebook messages from my closest friends voicing support and congratulating me on this honor.  I am beyond humbled!  All I can say is THANK YOU, LABO Nation!  Where I am with LABO would not be possible with your support.  Whether you've watched every single episode or just follow the Twitter account, the mere fact that you participate in this community matters, and for that, I truly can't thank you enough.

I want to encourage any of you who are 1L's or are prospective law students to be perseverant and work hard.  It will absolutely and wholeheartedly pay off!  Be creative in an effort to be a leader.  Set the standard for creativity and never lose sight of that.

While I have a long way to go my individual career, I am where I am because I never considered a plan impossible.  I was focused, determined, and driven.  I knew that entering the sports law world would be challenging on its own, and admittedly, it's still challenging.  But in addition to succeeding academically, I have made it my objective to build and hype LABO in such a way that it would gain notice among those in the legal community.  I still do that to this day!  And if the day comes that LABO is featured on ESPN, FOX Sports 1, or elsewhere, so be it.

For now, I am committed to building the LABO brand step-by-step and making sure that my viewers are satisfied with the content I put out.

Once again, thank you for your support!  LABO really is powered by you, LABO Nation!
